53 year old, Janice Jones accidentally discharges a 9mm handgun in her own motor home.
Janice's dog knocks over her handgun, and fires, shooting Janice in the leg, around 10 pm. She goes to care, while her dog gets put in Huntington Beach Animal Control.
Janice's dog, Tombo, was clearly abused.
"The dog seemed to be malnourished, and had fresh cigarette burns on it's forehead," says Janet Ngo.
Officials are considering charging Janice with animal abuse, and filling her for not having a permit for a gun.
"Janice doesn't have a permit for a gun," Tammy Rye reports.
Janice already is being filled for having expired plates.
