   Zachary Leonard states his thoughts on "Student Of the Month." Some thoughts mat be controversial, but he says they are accurate.
   On March 21, 2018, "Student of the Month" was awarded to Zachary, by the students, to see who was at the top of his class.
   Freshman Zachary Leonard was awarded "Student of the Month" by the Bowie students.
   "We see that Zachary already works, very hard. He always has his work done before it's even assigned. And he's always on time to getting things done," says Freshman Iliana Gonzalez.
    Leonard believes that Student of the Month should be a one time thing. He believes it excludes the people that don't get picked.
   "I think [other kids] will start to bully you, just because you got a medal or a piece of candy," Leonard states.
   We believe there will no longer be a student of the month.
